What ‘RH’ Means: Raging Hormones, or Regaining Health?
I am, by no-means, for the progress of our country and for the better life.
For starters the Reproductive Health Bill (Bill no. 4244), the latest out of eight revisions, is currently making noise in the Philippines. It was a huge text of propositions that magnetized two conflicting zones: the Church and the State, the educated and the not-so, the closed and the open-minded, and so on.
Bill 4244 talks about giving the citizens access to valuable information and service that concerns their reproductive health. That includes the choice to having either the natural or the modern methods of family planning and proper education to the youth in order to prevent them to resorting to abortion.
Before you take sides, I personally urge you to calm down, clear your mind and emotions, and read the whole text.
