I don’t know whether I should congratulate PROJECT PEARLS  for the amazing work they are doing in Ulingan, Tondo and for being featured in NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC Magazine’s website OR if I should spit on the faces of my fellow Manileños and our Mayor for allowing such a shithole to exist in our capital.
