Get a 360 degree view of this city of our affections. On a good day, you’ll see the ocean, the walled city of Intramuros, Binondo, Quiapo and the Sierra Madre mountains in the distance as you sip a cocktail. The place is open at sunset from Tuesdays to Saturdays.
