The CCP proudly presents Filipiniana Sunsets, an array of folk dance and music showcases set against the backdrop of the Manila Bay sunset. The various folkloric ensembles perform music and dance from the Philippines’ rich heritage and traditions - from the ethnic to the Spanish and American colonial-inspired and lowland traditions.

The weekly performances will begin on October 19, 2011 scheduled every Wednesday at dusk from 6:00 - 7:00p.m. at the CCP North Promenade.

The event is designed to delight both local and international visitors and is offered FREE to the public. We invite you to experience the sounds and spectacle of the islands in music and dance!

The event can accommodate as many as 400 and will have limited seating for 200 persons. For more information, please contact Ms. Arlene Dela Merced at 832-1125 local 1409 / 832-3704 Tuesdays to Fridays from 9:00am - 6:00pm.

The CCP looks forward to seeing you at the Filipiniana Sunsets at the CCP. Starts October 19, 2011, Wednesday and every Wednesday henceforth for the whole year.
